What is the purpose of the Sync button?
Syncing your Delicious AI app ensures you receive the most up-to-date plans or schematics for the displays you are expected to restock.
Your sales representative will have already order in new products that need to be merchandised. To ensure you know where to put these new products, sync your device while commuting to your next store.
How To Sync?
Two methods exist to sync your device
1. Tap the "Sync" button at the top of the main "Dashboard"
2. Tap "Synced" at the top of the "More" menu
What do the Different Sync Statuses Mean?
You will see three (3) sync statuses in the app:
- Green: your device is up-to-date as of the time shown.
- Even if you see the green "synced" status, please tap to refresh your sync while commuting to your next store, as your sales rep is consistently making changes to plans

- Yellow: your device has specific data that needs to be pushed to the cloud. Take the time to sync to ensure you get full credit for the work you performed
- Red: your device is missing critical data from the cloud. Please do not proceed with using the app until your sync has finished running
**For best results when syncing, please ensure you have either good cell connectivity or are connected to wifi**
