How & when do I receive plan upgrades? 

The Delicious AI app will occasionally send you, the sales representative, push notifications informing you of plan upgrades needing your approval. These plan upgrade notifications might occur once every few weeks or more frequently, depending on the configuration settings of your organization. 

Why should I care? 

Delicious AI helps customers obtain a double-digit increase in sales. This means using the Delicious AI app will help you as a salesperson increase your bonus or incentive pay, by helping you sell more.

As an example, sales representatives who adopted the platform in UT in 2023 received on average $250 more per month in incentive pay than their peers would did not use the Delicious AI platform. 

How do I approve or deny an upgrade? 

Steps: 

1. Tap the push notification on your iPad Lock Screen
2. Once the Delicious AI app opens, tap the "Approve Plan Upgrades" button in the top right corner of the screen.
3. Tap on the cooler
4. Evaluate the suggested upgrade. The app will suggest an upgrade by recommending the removal of some products, replacing them with higher selling products. 
5. You may tap the eye icon to see how the product would look in the cooler schematic or plan. 
6. Tap "Approve" or "Deny"
   1. if you deny the upgrade, the app will request you give a reason so it can make make higher-quality upgrade recommendations in the future. 
7. Repeat for remaining coolers
