What is a Compliance Scan?

The purpose of a Compliance Scan is to prove you followed the display plan or schematic when restocking. A Compliance Scan uses image recognition and compares products in the display to the expected plan or schematic. You might be prompted to do a Compliance Scan after completing the restock process.

Restock steps:

1. Scan QR code placed inside of cooler and tap "View Plan"
2. Restock cooler according to Cooler Plan
3. After restocking, tap "Products Restocked Correctly"
4. Tap "Begin Scan"

Follow 3 steps to complete a Compliance Scan

1. Begin Scan

1. Tap "Begin Scan" 
2. Turn phone 90 degrees to horizontal / landscape position
3. Help orient the app by moving the camera around in circles and pointing the device down at your feet

2. Align Bounding Box With Display

1. While pointing at your feet, the box will appear.
2. Align the bounding box with the display
3. Make sure the bounding box surrounds the entire display
4. All products within the bounding box will be scanned

 How Do I Build or Reset the Bounding Box?

3. Scan the products

1. Open the cooler door(s) if applicable to get the best visual of the products
2. If the camera is set to "Auto", products will automatically be recognized, as indicated by cubes "flying out" and resting on facings
3. If the camera is set to "Manual", take a picture of the products
   1. multiple pictures can be taken to recognize all products
4. Make sure all products are recognized, as indicated by slot detector on the left side

Compliance scans will grade you on how accurately the display was restocked. Restock according to the plan to get a high Compliance Score and climb the leaderboard!
