What is the Purpose of QR Codes and Plans?

QR codes and plans (sometimes referred to as schematics) both play an important role in the Delicious AI app.

• QR codes simplify navigation in the app. Simply scan the QR code and:
  • merchandisers can be guided to the correct in-app workflow expected for that specific display
  • sales representatives can be guided to quickly edit the display plan or other details.
• Display plans or schematics show the product arrangement  that should be followed when it is restocked.

How to add QR Codes & Plans?

Sales representatives should be given QR Code stickers to place inside coolers.

When Adding a New Cooler

Steps:

1. In the Dashboard or Stores menu, make sure you are in the correct store

2. Tap "Add Display"     and tap "Cooler"

3. Input new cooler details and when prompted, scan unused QR Code and place inside of cooler.

• This QR Code is now exclusively associated with this cooler.
• When this QR Code is scanned, the user will be navigated to this cooler in the Delicious AI app.

4. Set the cooler plan.

• Arrange cooler products in the cooler to the desired plan.
• Scan the cooler when prompted, and the in-app plan will be populated based on the products on display in the cooler. 
• Edits can be made to the in-app plan.
  • Facings or slots can be added or removed
  • New products can be added 
  • Products can be rearranged by dragging and dropping

When Editing an Existing Cooler

Click-Path 1:

1. In the Stores menu, make sure you are in the correct store

2. Tap the "Add QR & Plan" button on the display in the left-side display list 

3. Scan unused QR Code and place inside of cooler

4. You will then be prompted to set the Cooler Plan.

• Arrange cooler products in the cooler to the desired plan.
• Scan the cooler when prompted, and the in-app plan will be populated based on the products on display in the cooler. 
• Edits can be made to the in-app plan.
  • Facings or slots can be added or removed
  • New products can be added 
  • Products can be rearranged by dragging and dropping

Click-Path 2:

1. In the Dashboard or Stores menu, make sure you are in the correct store

2. Tap "Edit Display"     

3. Select display you would like to Add QR and Plan  

4. Edits to coolers including adding QR and Plan can be made in this page
